Welcome!
Welcome to the Kick the Carbon Habit Youth Network website! The Kick the Carbon Habit Education Campaign is an initiative of the United Nations Environment Programme’s Regional Office for North America. The network is composed of high school and university students who hold events that target both younger audiences ages 8-14 as well as the larger community. Spearheading this campaign are 20 Regional Representatives from the U.S. and Canada who are equipped with resources to help you make a difference.
We are now accepting applications for new Regional Representatives. Interested? See the following application and send it as a single word document by 5:00 pm on Friday, June 5 to KCHEC.recruitment@gmail.com.
While this is not our permanent layout (we will be rolling out a much better website very soon), there is still enough information to get you started.
Interested in learning more? Check out our “About Us” page!
Want to get involved? Join us on any of the following platforms, or send us an e-mail at unepyouth.na@gmail.com. Please include your state or province so that we can connect you to your Regional Representative.
Together, we can Kick the Carbon Habit!
